Join me at Healing Arts Institute Texas for a Thursday night sound bath. (Only 12 spots available)
Event Details
This is my personal sound bath that will be intuitively designed the day of the event as all the attendees arrive.
My monthly sound baths offer a custom guided meditation, one on one moments with various instruments of sound, and an atmospheric cleansing through sound, crystals and essential oils.
What to Expect?
We will have a couple of deep cleansing breaths and set an intention for your practice
I will be leading you through the balance of your energy centers
I will then guide you through a short meditation leading you into the sound bath
I incorporate various acoustic instruments as well as silence as part of the experience
Each person will get a couple of personal moments to experience 1 or more instruments
I will bring us back into the present and conclude our session
What to bring?
You will be laying on a floor mat and will have access to a blanket and some bolsters but please make sure you bring anything that will make you feel comfortable like yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, cushions, or blankets.
Our bodies tend to cool down as we enter meditative states so I suggest that you dress warm and comfortably or have the option to cover yourself with an additional layer.
Please make sure to drink plenty of water before during and after the experience.
You can bring crystals, jewels, water, etc... to charge with the vibrations of sound.
Refunds
Unfortunately there are no refunds at this time, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else or you may transfer your ticket to a future event.

There is plenty of parking outside the building.

I understand that I am responsible for my own health, healing and well-being. I also understand I can heal myself. I hereby request and consent to the technique of energy, spiritual or distance healing modalities within the scope of Cesar Lujan’s healing techniques. I further understand holistic healing is not a substitute for adequate medical care and I intend to remain under the care of my primary healthcare provider.
I will advise Cesar Lujan, CRTS of anything that might help us work together better to achieve the whaling that I seek. I understand the services provided by Cesar Lujan may cause some minor discomfort, and certain adverse side effects. If I have any concerns about these things, I will keep Cesar Lujan fully advised about my concerns so the intervention may be terminated if necessary or revised to minimize any harm to me.

Therefore, I agree to use the services of Cesar Lujan, CRTS to help me make the best decisions regarding my health, healing and well-being through Crystals, Essential Oils, Karuna Reiki, Metatronia Therapy and Sound Therapy. I understand that if I have -- or if I think I have -- a medical concern, condition, disease, disorder, issue or symptoms, Cesar Lujan will help me reduce any related stress and refer me to a licensed chiropractic, medical or osteopathic physician for further assistance. I also understand if I have -- or if I think I have -- a psychological or emotional concern, condition, disease, disorder, issue or symptoms, Cesar Lujan, CRTS will help me reduce any related stress and refer me to a licensed counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist for further assistance.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand these statements. I agree to allow Cesar Lujan, CRTS to help me allow and accept Divine healing using the spiritual healing techniques and modalities herein listed.
