Understand policies regarding client rights
Understand policies regarding service animals.
Discuss Class I , Class II and Class III abuse.
Understand what neglect and exploitation is and how to avoid it.
Discuss appropriate reporting.
Have full competency of who the client rights officer is and how to contact him/her.
