Rebecca Frost Mayer is a choreographer, performer, and director with decades of experience throughout the U.S. With a background equal parts Dance and Theatre, she practices and enjoys many dance forms. Her lyrical jazz style combines techniques from jazz, ballet, modern, and contemporary dance with emphasis on musicality and individual expression. Lyrical Jazz Dance: Adult drop-in classes with new choreography each week. Includes simple warmups and technique exercises appropriate and challenging for all levels, across-the-floor combinations, and a choreographed routine. Class can be done in soft dance shoes, socks, or bare feet.
